Janet M. Baggett, RN, BSN, is the proud owner and founder of The JM Collective MedSpa. With over 11 years of experience in nursing, Janet has built a reputation for providing exceptional care and personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty and promote overall well-being. Her diverse background includes critical care, cardiac care, and aesthetics, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the medical and aesthetic needs of her clients.
Janet specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and micro-needling. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of innovative treatments ensures that every client receives safe, effective, and cutting-edge care. Before transitioning into the medical field, Janet spent a decade as a high-end hairstylist to include Beverly Hills' iconic Rodeo Drive, where she honed her artistic eye for beauty and her passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
Currently, Janet is completing her Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner Education at Chamberlain University, furthering her knowledge and expertise to better serve her clients. Her unique blend of experience in both the beauty and medical industries allows her to approach aesthetics with a holistic perspective.

Robert F. Gray
Medical Director
Dr. Gray, cum laude medical school honors graduate, is dual Board-Certified in all aspects of complex facial plastic surgery. During his academic years he completed a residency in head and neck surgery at Emory University in Atlanta and served as Chief resident in training and went on to complete an advanced fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Gray is one of only 1,900 surgeons in the country that are double board-certified in facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Gray has developed a specialized practice on facial plastic surgery, allowing him to focus entirely on all types of facial and neck rejuvenation. He offers a full array of services ranging from non-surgical to minimally invasive surgery, such as: non-surgical procedures include BOTOX®️/Dysport®️, Voluma®️, Restylane®️, Juvederm™️, Radiesse®️, Chemical Peels, Intense Pulse Light therapy, laser resurfacing, fractionated skin resurfacing, laser permanent hair removal, treatment for spider veins and skin care. Some of his surgical procedures include: blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), endoscopic browlift, rhinoplasty (nose surgery) facelift surgery, ear pinning (otoplasty), chin and cheek implants, and scar revision.
To keep current on all procedures, Dr. Gray regularly attends specialized surgical meetings throughout the country to learn, discuss and perfect the latest advances in cosmetic surgery procedures. He has been the featured guest speaker at several meetings on Facial Plastic Surgery and has been listed in several newspapers articles highlighting his work and accomplishments. Throughout his career, Dr. Gray has performed several thousand surgeries including cosmetic surgery, severe facial trauma, major cancer reconstructive surgery and birth defect repair. Dr. Gray is a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and of the American College of Surgeons. He is active in the California Facial Plastic Surgery Association and a Diplomate of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
